Nowadays history of unique wine cellars started in 2002 when the whole area was bought buy company VINARIA. New owners began with total overground buildings and yard reconstruction. Then they continued with reconstruction of cellars that were not used actively for years.

At first, it was necessary to fasten the cellars down as for their statics and then later to renovate origin medieval system of air vents. New electricity distribution was built, all the constructions were cleaned and renovation of huge barrels could start. In 2009 first phase of floor and vault bricks overhauling started. This renovation of one of the biggest wine cellars in The Czech Republic has been continuing until now.
