Total ground area of cellars is 1.200 square meters. Its depth is 11 meters under the ground, which creates stabile year-long temperature about 10°C without any swings already for more than four hundred years.

Between 105 barrels providing (with total capacity of 600.000 liters) there is also a special one – the fourth biggest barrel in The Czech Republic with its capacity of 18.780 liters.
